Allianz Global Assistance

This large scale project at the newly constructed Allianz Global facility located in Cambridge Ontario was a significant Avolution design/build project. Spaces include EOC "War Room" for global medical response, numerous Cisco/Crestron video conference spaces, breakout rooms and digital signage systems. These spaces are equipped with control by Crestron, video conferencing by Cisco, sound by Sennheiser and NEC display technology. This essential project was completed in 2020 during the COVID pandemic and required a high level of careful planning and onsite execution. Avolution's design and integration team stayed on track through numerous workflow interruptions and completed the project on time and on budget with a high level of safety.

The "War Room" is an administrative space that combines advanced video control and display capabilities. This installation is comprised of 4-75"NEC 4K UHD commercial displays, advanced video switching, wireless connectivity, Crestron control and Cisco based video conferencing hardware. A/V configuration and associated millwork design was managed, installed, and programmed as a component of this project.

The "Quad Space" is a 200-seat capacity large conference area. This space provides flexible configuration through the use of adjustable interior walls to divide the room into 2 or 4 smaller spaces. The audio/video capabilities function uniquely in the individual spaces, or collectively in the larger space. The sizeable conference areas are equipped with two large venue NEC projectors, while the condensed meeting spaces utilize 4-86" NEC 4K UHD monitors. All configurations of the conference room utilize Crestron control, AirMedia wireless connectivity, and Cisco audio/video conferencing systems.
